Ketapang is the capital of Ketapang Regency in West Kalimantan province, Indonesia, with an urban area of about 137,000 inhabitants spanning the Delta Pawan and part of the Benua Kayong districts. Delta Pawan district alone covers 69 square kilometers, and the town serves as the administrative and economic center of Indonesia's largest regency by land area.
