Kirakira is the capital of Makira-Ulawa Province in the Solomon Islands, on the north coast of Makira island, with a population of about 2,107 at the 2019 census. It has a 30-bed hospital and an airport served by Solomon Airlines, and its economy rests on subsistence farming and fishing.
