La Trinidad is a municipality and the capital of Benguet province in the Cordillera Administrative Region of the Philippines, within the Metro Baguio area. Known as the Strawberry Fields of the Philippines and the country Rose Capital for its cut flower production, it had a 2024 census population of 142,925 and hosts the main campus of Benguet State University.
