Larisa, also spelled Larissa, was an ancient Greek city in the southwest of the Troad region of Anatolia, located on a small coastal rise now known as Limantepe, in the Ayvacik district of Canakkale province, Turkey. This Larisa in the Troad is distinct from the Aeolian Larissa near Menemen and from the Ionian Larissa in Izmir province.
