Mallus was an ancient city of Cilicia Campestris in Anatolia, situated near the mouth of the Pyramus River on a hill opposite the port of Magarsa. The surrounding district was named Mallotis after the city, and its site is now inland a few kilometers from the Mediterranean coast, on high ground in the Karatas Peninsula of Adana Province, Turkey, near the modern city of Karatas.
