Mezőtúr is a town in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county, Hungary, located southeast of Budapest. The town is known for its pottery, and for large cattle herds raised on communal lands that also produce wheat, rapeseed and maize, and it holds several well-attended fairs each year.
