Muara Teweh is the regency seat of North Barito Regency and one of the towns of Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, about 350 kilometers northeast of the provincial capital Palangka Raya. The town comprises two administrative kelurahan, Lanjas and Melayu, both in the extreme east of Central Teweh District, and had a population of 46,559 as of 2024.
