Murray Bridge is a city in South Australia, Australia, about 78 kilometres east southeast of Adelaide, known to the traditional Ngarrindjeri people as Pomberuk. Formerly called Mobilong and Edwards Crossing, it took its current name in 1924 from the road and rail bridge crossing the Murray River there, and serves as a regional hub for farming along the route connecting Adelaide to Melbourne. It had a population of 17,457 at the 2021 census.
