Namrole is a district on the southern coast of Buru Island in Maluku province, Indonesia, serving as the administrative seat of South Buru Regency. The district is mostly rural, subdivided into seventeen villages, with its main town on the southern coastline at the eastern side of a bay; Namrole Airport lies on the bay western side. Its mid-2022 population was estimated at 21,513.
