Oudeschans is a small village of around 100 people in the municipality of Westerwolde in the province of Groningen, the Netherlands. Its sixteenth-century fortification is now a state-protected village area with several national heritage sites, including a seventeenth-century garrison church and the Vestingmuseum Oudeschans.
