Oxoniae

Southern Europe

Oxoniae, also spelled Oxoniai, was an ancient Greek town and polis of Magnesia in the region of Thessaly, in what is now Greece. The name is known from an inscription dated to 358 BC that records the demonym Oxoniaios, but the town's site has not been found.
