Pico Truncado is a town and municipality in Santa Cruz Province, in southern Argentina, within Deseado Department, established on 11 July 1921 and recording a population of 25,194 at the 2022 census. Its railway station was the site of the only fatality the Argentine Army suffered during the 1921 Patagonia rebelde uprising.
