Piliscsaba is a town in the Budapest metropolitan area, in northwestern Pest County, Hungary, lying in a valley between the Buda and Pilis hills near the border of Komarom-Esztergom county. It is served by Highway 10 and by the Budapest-Esztergom rail line, 24 kilometers from central Budapest, and is surrounded by hills 200 to 400 meters high.
