Pniewy is a town in Szamotuły County in the Greater Poland Voivodeship of Poland, known in German as Pinne, with 7,747 inhabitants as of 2020. The town was founded in the 12th century, its earliest documented mention dates to 1256, and it likely received town rights in the late 13th century. The town has a lake with a beach and recreational facilities including a playground, a stage and a softball pitch.
