San Jose de Buenavista is the capital and largest municipality of Antique province, on the southwest coast of Panay Island in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines. Established as a pueblo in 1792 and designated provincial capital in 1802, it had a 2024 census population of 69,522 and houses the Antique Provincial Capitol and the province only commercial airport.
