Sigatoka is a town on Fiji's largest island, Viti Levu, at the mouth of the Sigatoka River about 61 kilometers from Nadi. The surrounding Sigatoka Valley is known as Fiji's salad bowl for its vegetable production, and the nearby Sigatoka Sand Dunes draw visitors to the coast. The town serves as the main service and market center of Nadroga-Navosa Province, supplying the Coral Coast's resorts as well as local farmers, with a 2017 census population of 17,622.
