Teos was an ancient Greek city on the coast of Ionia, built on a low, hilly isthmus on a peninsula between Chytrium and Myonnesus, in what is now the Seferihisar district of İzmir Province, Turkey, south of Sığacık. It was founded by a mix of Minyans, Ionians, and Boeotians, and was one of the twelve cities of the Ionian League. Archaeological remains of the ancient city survive at the site today.
