Thelpusa, also spelled Thelpousa or Telphousa, was a town in the west of ancient Arcadia in Greece, situated on the eastern bank of the river Ladon. Its territory bordered Psophis to the north, Heraea to the south, Elis and Tisatis to the west, and Cleitor, Tripolis and Theisoa to the east, and tradition held that the town took its name from a nymph, daughter of the river Ladon.
