Tuapeijat is a town within North Sipora District in Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra province, Indonesia, and the administrative seat of the regency. Its population was 4,344 at the 2010 census, rising to an official 2024 estimate of 6,642, making it the largest town in the Mentawai Islands. Its jurisdiction also includes the small islands of Siburu, Silabok and Pototoga in addition to the main town area on Sipora Island.
