Tubod is a municipality and the capital of Lanao del Norte province, in the Northern Mindanao region of the Philippines. Separated from Kolambugan on October 17, 1946 under Republic Act No. 58, it became the provincial capital in 1982 when the government relocated from Iligan City, and it had a 2024 census population of 50,395 across 246.80 square kilometers. Known as the Motocross Capital of the Philippines, the municipality is connected to Tangub City by the 3.77 kilometer Panguil Bay Bridge.
