Umm al-Fahm is a city in the Haifa District of Israel, located 20 kilometers northwest of Jenin on the Umm al-Fahm mountain ridge, whose highest point is Mount Iskander, overlooking Wadi Ara. It is the social, cultural and economic center for residents of the Wadi Ara and Triangle regions, with nearly all of its population of 60,209 as of 2024 being Arab Palestinian citizens of Israel.
