Vantaa is a city in southern Finland immediately north of Helsinki, the fourth largest city in the country with a population of 252,956 recorded at the end of 2025. It hosts Helsinki Airport, Finland's main international air hub, within its Aviapolis business and airport district in the city's center; more than 120 native languages are spoken among its residents, reflecting rapid population growth in recent decades.
