Vieux Fort is one of ten districts of the Caribbean island nation of Saint Lucia, containing the island's second largest town, and had a population of 14,754 at the 2010 census. It is home to Hewanorra International Airport, named for the island's old Amerindian name, and to the Maria Islands Nature Reserve, a nesting ground for leatherback turtles and an indigenous iguana species.
