Grynchae, also spelled Grynchai, was a town of ancient Euboea in Greece, possibly identifiable with place names recorded by the ancient geographer Stephanus of Byzantium under other spellings. It belonged to the Athenian-led Delian League, appearing in Athenian tribute records between 451 and 416 BC, and became a deme of the city of Eretria at the end of the fifth century BC.
