The Cliffs of Moher are sea cliffs at the southwestern edge of the Burren region in County Clare, Ireland, running for about 14 kilometers along the Atlantic coast. They rise 120 meters above the ocean at their southern end near Hag's Head and reach their maximum height of 214 meters just north of O'Brien's Tower, a stone tower built in 1835 near the cliffs' midpoint, before continuing at lower heights toward the villages of Liscannor and Doolin.
