The Kenai Peninsula is a large peninsula jutting from the coast of south-central Alaska, extending roughly 150 miles southwest from the Chugach Mountains south of Anchorage. It is bounded by Cook Inlet to the west and Prince William Sound to the east, and most of it forms the Kenai Peninsula Borough.
