Mangroves National Park, also known as the Muanda Marine Reserve, is a protected area and Ramsar wetland in the Democratic Republic of the Congo at the mouth of the Congo River. Established in 1992, it is the country's only marine park and is notable for its mangrove forests, a type distinct from those found in South Asia, which provide habitat for the area's endangered manatee population.
