Malabar Farm State Park is a state park in Richland County, Ohio, near the town of Lucas, built around a farm established in 1939 by Pulitzer Prize winning author and conservationist Louis Bromfield. Bromfield used the property to demonstrate sustainable and contour farming techniques, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources took over the site as a state park in 1976. Covering about 581 acres today, the park preserves the farmhouse and outbuildings alongside working agricultural land, hiking trails, and a campground, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
