Pook's Hill is a private forest reserve, bird sanctuary and archaeological site in the foothills of the Maya Mountains in Cayo District, Belize, about 12 miles west of Belmopan and adjoining the Tapir Mountain Nature Reserve. Covering 300 acres and listed with the Belize Association of Private Protected Areas, it protects tropical forest and wildlife alongside the ruins of a Maya residential complex, including temples, plazas and burial grounds, dated to roughly 830 to 950 AD.
