The Prickly Pear Cays are a pair of uninhabited islands in the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean, lying about six miles from Road Bay in Anguilla and divided by a narrow boat channel into Prickly Pear East and Prickly Pear West. The Eastern Caribbean Natural Area Management Programme classified the cays as wildlands, and they are counted among Anguilla's six marine protected areas.
