The Malabar Coast is the southwestern region of the Indian subcontinent, generally referring to the western coastline of India stretching from Konkan to Kanyakumari. It is geographically one of the wettest regions of the subcontinent, comprising the southern tip of Goa, the Kanara region of Karnataka, all of Kerala, and the Kanyakumari region of Tamil Nadu.
