Relation Types

The closed vocabulary of connective edges this atlas draws between its own entities and, to entities in other atlases: on-continent, capital-of, in-category and the rest. A relation type entity documents what one specific edge label means and when a mint or depth lane should reach for it rather than inventing a near-synonym; the edges themselves, the actual connections between two entities, are not held here, only the vocabulary that names them.
