Eleven Iberian Places from Roman Illiturgis to Sant Adria de Besos, in Order of Recorded Events
This path crosses the Iberian Peninsula by date rather than by map, moving from a Roman town destroyed in the Second Punic War to a Barcelona suburb of today. Each stop is placed by one dated event its own page records, such as a siege, a royal charter, a founding or a formal grant of town status, so the order shows how places there were made, lost and remade over more than two thousand years.
