Dhobley, formerly known as Liboi-Somalia, is a border town in the Lower Juba region of southwestern Somalia, immediately alongside the border with Kenya. Settled only in the 1970s, its position on the border has made it the second-largest town in Jubaland State after the state capital, Kismayo. It lies about 15 kilometers northeast of the Kenyan town of Liboi, which has a population of about 100,000.
