El Wak is a town in the southwestern Gedo region of Jubaland state in Somalia, situated on the border with Kenya. It lies about 9 kilometers from El Wak, Kenya, and about 4 kilometers from the international border itself, and serves as the seat of one of Gedo's seven districts.
