Banfora is a city in southwestern Burkina Faso and the capital of Comoe Province, with a population of 117,452 at the 2019 census, making it the country's sixth most populous city. It lies 85 kilometers southwest of Bobo-Dioulasso on the Abidjan-Ouagadougou railway, and the nearby Cascades de Karfiguela waterfalls are a notable feature close to the city.
