Harrisburg is the capital city of the U.S. commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the county seat of Dauphin County, on the Susquehanna River in south-central Pennsylvania. Once a major industrial center, it has transitioned to a service economy centered on state government operations and tourism. The city hosts the Pennsylvania Farm Show, the largest indoor agricultural exposition in the United States.
