Koforidua, also known as K.dua or Koftown, is a city in Ghana and the capital of the Eastern Region. Its estimated population reached 151,255 as of 2025. The city serves as the commercial center of the Eastern Region, hosting Intravenous Infusions Limited, one of the oldest pharmaceutical companies in West Africa, alongside many other businesses, and a four-lane highway links Koforidua Technical University and the city to Oyoko and onward to Kumasi.
