Tijuana is the most populous city in the Mexican state of Baja California, on the northwestern Pacific coast of Mexico immediately south of the border with San Diego, California. As the hub of one of the busiest land border crossings in the world, Tijuana has grown into a major manufacturing and cross-border commercial center, and is widely known for its nightlife, its craft beer and culinary scene, and its cultural role as a gateway between Mexico and the United States.
