Färnebofjärden National Park spans Dalarna, Gävleborg, Uppsala and Västmanland counties in central Sweden, established in 1998 and covering about 10,100 hectares. The Dalälven River passes through the park, and its uneven shoreline encloses more than 200 islands and islets.
