Gaiola Island is one of the minor islands of Naples, lying off the city's Posillipo residential quarter in the Metropolitan City of Naples, in the Campania region of southwestern Italy. It sits at the centre of the Parco Sommerso di Gaiola, an underwater park protecting the surrounding marine area, and the island itself belongs to the government of the Campania region as part of that protected area.
