Liesjarvi National Park lies in the Kanta-Hame region of Finland and covers about 22 square kilometers of lake highlands, with more than 40 kilometers of shoreline despite its modest size. Part of the present park was first protected in 1920, and it includes the Korteniemi traditional estate, which offers camping facilities for both tents and travel trailers.
