Patvinsuo National Park spans the municipalities of Lieksa and Ilomantsi in the North Karelia region of Finland, established in 1982 and covering about 105 square kilometers of bog, former managed forest, old slash-and-burn ground and old-growth forest, with Lake Suomujarvi in its northeast section. About 80 kilometers of marked trails cross the park.
