Rokua National Park lies in Finland Northern Ostrobothnia region, spanning the municipalities of Vaala, Muhos, and Utajärvi between the cities of Oulu and Kajaani. Established in 1956 and classified IUCN Category II, the park covers about 8.8 square kilometers and forms part of the Rokua UNESCO Global Geopark, showcasing glacial landforms such as drumlins, eskers, kettle holes, and terminal moraines alongside undisturbed pine forest and post glacial ravines and peat bogs. Managed by Metsähallitus, it received about 50,700 visitors in 2024.
