Roztocze National Park, in the Lublin Voivodeship of southeastern Poland, was established in 1974 and covers about 85 square kilometers in the upper Wieprz river valley. It preserves the most ecologically valuable part of the middle section of the Roztocze upland, including strictly protected forest zones, with its headquarters in the town of Zwierzyniec.
