Swietokrzyski National Park lies in the Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship of central Poland, established in 1950 and covering about 76 square kilometers along the highest ridge of the Swietokrzyskie Mountains. It includes the peaks Lysica, at 612 meters the range highest point, and Lysa Gora, and is administered from the town of Bodzentyn.
