Thirteen Thai Cities from Chiang Rai to Hat Yai

13 stops

This path runs through Thailand from north to south, from a Lanna-era capital founded in 1262 to a railway hub that grew after 1922. Each stop is a provincial city that shows a different reason a Thai town became a regional center: a royal foundation, a river, the teak trade, a plateau, a port or a railway.
