Rivers whose course runs mainly through Europe, grouped here by continent for browsing rather than mixed into one worldwide list: the Danube, the Rhine, the Volga and the Seine are among the entries filed here. Each entry records the river's length, its source and mouth, and the countries its course passes through, so a reader comparing rivers within one continent is not also comparing across continents with very different scales.
